A comparatively large jumping area of the World Jumping trampolines allows for a wider range of exercise. The jumping mat is attached to the steel frame with a custom-made rubber belt, which has several advantages compared to the usual spring attachment used with ordinary trampolines.

DUE TO RUBBER BELT

First of all, the rubber belt delivers the kinetic energy to the body in a more effective way, thus reducing any possible concussions of the organs, while greatly protecting the ligaments and joints.

WORLD JUMPINGbasic program

The first step in the path of becoming a World Jumping Basic instructor is the completion of our basic program. It is the most important and the most comprehensive training with alternating blocks consisting of theoretical and practical parts. The practical part consists of learning how to choose the right music, keep rhythm, warm-up, cool down, strengthening, stretching, a bit about being motivational, the technology, body language. The theoretical part is concentrating on anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, nutrition and first training assistance. At the end of the training and passing theoretical and practical tests, each receives a Professional instructor of World Jumping Continuing certificate and the World Jumping programs DVD (after successful completion of the Basic program).
